Good morning lovers.
A wee update on my current affairs.
Exciting! I got offered a county job this past week, but alas, my job search must continue. Their job offer was 10k less than I am currently making and as much as I would have liked to have taken a financial dip for a better opportunity in the long run, I can’t afford to take one at this time.
I kicked ass though. I prepared and left feeling like I rocked my first panel interview. So I take that with me. The search continues, indeed, but I rocked the effin house and am ready for the next time. In the meantime, though, I want to have some fun.
I got my first watercolor set! so we’ll see how Woman in Flames comes along. Maybe she’ll be a witch at the stake. They never realize that the more they feed us fire, the more we fan the flames.
What I’d like to leave you with is this: don’t let chores and routine run your life. Troubles and responsibilities will always be around, but so can fun and curiosity. Nurture your soul, not just your To-Do list. (I’m still working on this myself.)
