What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?
I’m doing everything I can. Yoga. Reading. Tea. Journaling. Comfort movies. You name it.
But peace sometimes feels so out of reach. I feel like I’m constantly reaching with my Hobbit hands for a pot that’s too high up on a shelf. Always. Always. Out of my grasp.
It’s very frustrating. Glass ceiling. Dangling carrot. Indeed. When, oh when will I hear that Bugs Bunny crunch?
Is it cause I dislike vegetables?
