Do I Really Want to Hurt Me?

Love is never asking whyy…

Greeting friends and lovers. Here I am, rock you like a hurricane. As always, thank you for tuning in on this broadcast day. I appreciate you. ๐Ÿ™‚

Since my last post, I’ve been doing some extra, extra inner work. I needed it… Man, the biggest lie we were ever sold is homework dies after high school. I can tell you with absolute certainty that is not the case. Inner work, for instance, needs to be constant! I’m sure there must be progress where the work gets lighter eventually and naturally. Also, not all days are the same, but damn. This is why Iย take great care in filtering what I allow near. I don’t want to be in recovery for two weeks after whatever thing assaulted my nervous system. Ugh, exhausting. I already have to do some much before and after care I have to do because of my job and the evil people there. *pulls down cheeks along with eyes*

Anyhow! Iย am feeling better. I am feeling more optimistic. Once again, reconnected with the right foundation. Life is going to life and, no matter what I do, I’m going to end up from Point A to Point B. Would I like Point B to be a pleasant destination? Definitely. But I can’t control everything and all I can do is try my best – and recognize that I’m doing my best. What else can we do?

We don’t have to hustle to survive.

It’s a lot of unlearning and reparenting. Especially when we’ve adapted for so long to one way of being and everything we get from the outside usually fuels are already negative mindset. Yet, we must do the inner work. Even the act of trying relieves so much stress. I will once again promote Find What Feels Good’s Yoga with Adriene, and hopefully one of you will one day give it a shot and tell me all about it below. Besides yoga, I also watched two workshops from Lania the Artist and two Masterclass videos on anxiety from Dr. Alexandra Solomon. It all helped. What I’ve learned is that we must continue learning and growing ๐Ÿชด. Lania reminded me

…our value is inherent, not earned.

that we aren’t born with all this lack of self-worth. Dr. Solomon brought to my attention my fear of abundance and reminded me that, again, I can also be kind to myself while I’m progressing. We don’t have to hustle to survive. As Lania pointed out, you don’t have to suspect ease. We were taught it must be difficult and challenging to achieve worth, but as she also said, our value is inherent, not earned.

(For those that need encouragement, like me, I’ll be linking the Dr. Solomon’s Masterclass and Lania’s workshops down below. )

Something else that needed reaffirming was my love of play. I’ve come to realize, I had it right all along: never grow up. Connect to the self that was here before life and even you – yes you- tore it down. Live, laugh, love but for real and not in a fake MAGA-loving way. Actually love yourself so you can love others. Feel comfortable enough in your own skin so that you don’t need to tear anyone else down because you’re too busy coloring. Just saying.

I don’t think we ever truly want to hurt ourselves..we just.. lose balance. But it’s okay! Get back on that tightrope you trapeze artist. ๐ŸŽ–๏ธ๐Ÿฅ‡๐ŸŽ–๏ธ

On an even brighter note, I may have found a new way to share my Self-Love Letters soon. Exciting! I honestly hope my letters bring peace and hope to whomever reads it. Also, it’ll be nice to get in some orders. ๐Ÿฅน
